Our on-demand courier services are available between 8:30 AM and 8:30 PM, Monday to Sunday. The latest pickups can be scheduled at 8:15 PM.
Peak Hours Surge Fee will apply between 8am and 11am and 5pm till 8pm.
WHAT CAN WE CARRY?
Our on-demand couriers can handle a variety of items, including heavy shopping bags, parcels, letters, and oddly shaped goods. Whether it's fragile, temperature-sensitive, or even medication, we’ve got you covered. Our couriers can carry up to 75kg or 165L in total volume
IMPORTANT INFORAMTION
We do not accept cash payments in person, but we do accept a wide range of debit and credit cards at no extra cost. Please note that our couriers will only transport items that comply with legal cargo regulations. They may refuse service if there are any concerns about the items being transported
