What type of cargo will we carry?

Our main fleet is equipped with a top loader insulated multiporpus box. Its maximum capacity is 65L x 45W. If required we can dispatch a flat bed cargo bike for those larger and heavier cargo. The flat bed cargo bikes maximum weight capacity is 145kg.

In compliance with UK regulations and laws, we are unable to deliver age-restricted items to public establishments or locations such as parks and recreational areas. Additionally, we will refuse delivery of alcohol to individuals who are visibly under the influence. All age-restricted items are subject to ID verification

After clicking 'Submit,' you will be redirected to the checkout page, where your payment information will be collected and a non-refundable £3.50 holding fee will be applied. This fee serves as the base charge for our on-demand courier service. Once the delivery is completed, the remainder of the full amount will be charged. If you prefer to pay the full amount upfront, please call us on 08001125252

Unfortunatly our couriers are unable to accept cash payments

CONSIGMENT

By clicking 'Submit,' you acknowledge and accept that the cargo you are consigning for transport is safe for transit and does not contain any illegal substances or materials that pose a risk to life or wildlife. You are responsible for ensuring that all items comply with legal and safety regulations. We reserve the right to refuse transport of any cargo that appears to be in violation of these terms.

If you have an active delivery, you can reach out to your courier using the contact details provided in the confirmation text message we send you. The courier may also call you if they require additional directions or assistance while completing your delivery

A failed delivery fee of £2.50 will apply if we are unable to make contact with the recipient, resulting in a failure to securely deliver the items or return them.
